A Dreamy Wedding Graze
If you asked us what our favorite graze to date has been, we’d have such a hard time choosing. We’ve had so many great ones. But if we had to pick just one, it would be this dreamy wedding cocktail table.
We were very excited to receive the call for this one. The table was in a pavilion at Eden Gardens State Park, which is a beautiful location. Dreamy to the max.
The inspiration: derby, garden, bridal.
This was a cocktail table for 65, with some veggie cups added on.
To set out a table like this takes intentional planning. We will typically have a dry-run of the table set-up with all of the levelers, dishes, greenery, and decor. Once we like it, we will pack up the decor and set aside the trays to be filled with delicious food. This is typically done 2-3 days before the event.
For the food element, we will order that 2 days ahead of time and pick-up anything that wasn’t available or we purchase from a specialty store. For example, these veggie cups had purple cauliflower and watermelon radish. In our area, these items can only be found at Whole Foods.
What really makes us stand out is our attention to detail and the decorative elements that we include in each and every table. We desire to go above and beyond to make each table all that it can be.
We love what we do, and we think this table really represents that.
